At Full Stride, we are always working to help our athletes thrive on the ice. In addition to our treadmill training, we offer a dryland program to help our athletes get stronger through more conventional off-ice means. Our 3000 sq ft dryland facility is suited for full team and individual workouts, and is fully equipped for Olympic lifting, agility training, sled work, and much more!
